Liverpool are lining up a £30m bid for Ivan Perisic.

Chelsea have also shown interest in Persic but it’s believed that the Croatian isn’t among Antonio Conte’s first choices.

Jurgen Klopp is desperate to add with to Liverpool’s attacking options in order to create more chances and add variety to their play.

Perisic is in his second season at Inter after spending six years in the Bundesliga giving him exactly the type of experience that Klopp wants to see in his team.

Klopp will have limited funds to spend in the summer and is keen to get business completed early to hit the ground running.

The Anfield boss won’t get involved in any of the bidding wars expected to break out in the summer as the biggest clubs in the game battle it out for a select group of expensive stars with Monaco expected to be the centre of attention.
