Paris St Germain will offer Anthony Martial a summer escape route out of Old Trafford.

According to a report in The Sun the French giants are keeping close tabs on the winger’s problems at Old Trafford and are ready to make their move in the summer.

Martial has been on the fringes of Jose Mourinho’s side this season with the relationship between manager and player strained.

The report claims that Martial feels that he is the target for much of Mourinho’s criticism and is keen to get a fair crack of the whip elsewhere.

United paid Monaco £37m for the winger in September 2015 with a number of costly add-on’s included in the deal which was a record for a teenager at the time.

Since losing Zlatan Ibrahimovic PSG have become more aggressive in the transfer market and are especially keen to bring in young French talent.

A return to France would certainly appeal to the player who feels that he has to quit Old Trafford to progress his career.
