According to a report in The Mirror the midfielder is prepared to leave Paris St Germain despite being under contract until June 2019.
Spurs have been long term admirers of Rabiot with Arsenal alerted to his ability following the Champions League group matches between the clubs.
Rabiot has only started 13 of PSG’s 27 Ligue 1 matches this season and is believed to be looking for a fresh challenge after coming through the ranks at the French champions.
