West Ham won’t be involved in the close season battle to sign Joe Hart.

It had been assumed that Slaven Bilic would be in the market for the England keeper but now it seems that it’ll be a straight battle between Liverpool and Chelsea- if Thibaut Courtois is sold to Real Madrid.

Hart has been told that he has no future at Manchester City with Pep Guardiola refusing to reconsider his position despite recent problems at the back.

The England keeper is currently on loan at Torino but the Italian side are unable to match the players wages and also come up with a £15m transfer fee- a figure that won’t put off Chelsea or Liverpool.

Hart is keen to return to England in a season leading up to the World Cup Finals and shouldn’t be short of offers but after speaking out today West Ham won’t be an option for the current England goalkeeper.
