Inter Milan are ready to put in a massive £68m bid to bring Marco Verratti back to Italy.
According to a report in The Sun the Serie A giants are ready to announce their return to the ranks of the big spenders by outbidding Chelsea for the Paris St Germain midfielder.
Verratti is in his fifth season with PSG but in November his agent claimed that he could leave the French capital if PSG don’t win anything this season.
That coded message was warmly received by Antonio Cone who knows the player well from their time together with the Italian national side.
