PSV Eindhoven could offer Marco van Ginkel a permanent return to Dutch football.
According to a report on the respected Dutch website Omroep Brabant the midfielder could be on his way back to PSV Eindhoven from Chelsea.
Van Ginkel had a successful loan spell at PSV last season but has made no impact on his return to Chelsea and is not a part of Antonio Conte’s first team plans.
At 24-years-of-age he is looking to get his career back on track four years after joining Chelsea from Vitesse Arnhem on an £8m deal.
As well as PSV, van Ginkel has had loan spells at AC Milan and Stoke without making a major impact.
Chelsea won’t be hard to deal with in terms of a transfer fee but will insist on a sell on clause in the contract to safeguard their interests.
Last season van Ginkel scored an impressive eight goals in 13 league appearances for PSV.
