Currently enduring a forgettable loan spell at West Ham United, the agent of Simone Zaza has claimed the Italian international is open to a Napoli switch this winter, report ClubCall.

His father and agent Antonio Zaza moved to reassure fans his son’s loan deal with Slaven Bilic’s side will become permanent after 14 games played and not 10 as was previously reported.

However, in light of interest from Serie A giants Napoli, Antonio Zaza isn’t ruling out a Simone Zaza exit in Janaury, telling Corriere dello Sport: “Napoli is Napoli. If they called, I would listen.

“The contract is dependent on the games that Simone plays. He must accumulate 14 appearances in order for the deal to become permanent, and up to now he has played nine.”

An unused substitute in the Hammers’ 1-1 draw with Stoke City last time out, the fact Zaza wasn’t brought on has only sparked speculation that the Italian international will be outcast until January.

This week, it was reported that West Ham United could swap Zaza for Napoli’s Manolo Gabbiadini in the January transfer window.

While there is no word from Gabbiadini’s camp on that prospect of yet, the Zaza’s appear keen on Napoli with Antonio continuing: “I am available to all, but especially to Napoli.”
