While they’ve struggled for the most part so far this season, it’s fair to say that West Ham United supporters were really expectant heading into the 2016/17 campaign.

Not only because of the London Stadium move and the prestige that came with it but also the quality of players that Slaven Bilic has been able to bring in over the past two seasons.

While some of the Hammers’ new recruits are taking longer than others to settle into their East London surroundings, the fact of the matter is that Sofiane Feghouli, Simone Zaza and Andre Ayew only made the bench against Everton on Sunday.

Now despite these players still needing to showcase their true talent to Hammers fans after slow starts in the claret and blue jersey, they are all experienced players who’ve played for some top clubs in the past.

One of the hallmarks of Slaven Bilic’s first season in charge at West Ham United was the amount of squad depth he could call upon with the likes of Angelo Ogbonna and Pedro Obiang in and out of the team on rotation last term.

With West Ham United’s status rising yet again over the past few seasons, the club have understandably had to let some younger talent out on loan.

So with that theme in mind, This Is Futbol are today looking at how FIVE West Ham United loanees have got on away from London Stadium so far this term.
