Having failed to nail down a regular starting berth on loan at West Bromwich Albion, Brendan Galloway could return to Everton in January, sparking another transfer altogether, report HITC.

With The Telegraph claiming that Galloway’s season-long loan could be terminated early in the New Year, HITC claim this could free up room for Tony Pulis to resurrect a deal for Leeds United’s Charlie Taylor.

Taylor saw a transfer request rejected at Elland Road back in August but with the 23-year-old out of contract next summer, Garry Monk’s Leeds United could well cash in this January.

Despite being highly-rated for some time, 20-year-old Brendan Galloway just hasn’t established himself in Pulis plans with the former MK Dons man having only made three Premier League starts for the Baggies.

With Allan Nyom currently West Bromwich Albion’s first choice solution at left back, Galloway has been an unused substitute in the Baggies’ last three Premier League matchday squads.

Elsewhere, the report also claims that fellow Toffees left back Luke Garbutt is set to return to Merseyside in January with his Wigan Athletic loan spell finishing in the New Year.
