Kevin Strootman (Roma)
One of the highest profile names on Everton’s wishlist right now is Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman.
Interesting Manchester United in the past, the Netherlands international is reportedly available for a fee of £17.1 million this winter and with the Premier League cash-rich right now, this isn’t the biggest fee for a quality player.
We suppose the only thing that might hinder Everton’s intentions is Strootman’s poor record with injury.
However, having played a lot under Luciano Spalletti so far this term, Strootman is making up for lost time and perhaps Ronald Koeman can make the most of his Dutch connection in transfer negotiations.
