Reece Oxford is one of the most highly-rated English players of all time – and it is easy to see why.

The commanding defender/midfielder has everything to make it as a top player; he has the attitude, the technical skill, the no-nonsense drive that you need to succeed – he is simply destined for the big time.

Bilic has not given him much of a chance at West Ham as of yet, and that is no surprise given how much pressure he is under – but Oxford deserves a chance.

When he has played, he has impressed – and Bilic would be wise to look towards the youngster as he looks for a bit more energy in his midfield.
