West Ham have a host of young players coming through the ranks…
Whilst this season has not been too kind to West Ham, the future is certainly bright at the London Stadium.
The West Ham first team squad is, of course, littered with world class talent. Players like Payet and Cresswell could get into any side in Europe – and a byproduct of their success is that other players typically get less of a chance.
Such is the high-pressure environment of the Premier League, Bilic has been tasked with winning every week – and he must pick his best players as a result.
However, this short-term approach has hurt managers in the past – and given the breadth of young talent available at West Ham; it will no doubt hurt Bilic in the future too.
As a result, the Hammers boss simply must start using youth players more often – and he needs to start right away.
With that said, Bilic must give these 2 youngsters a chance at West Ham – agreed?
