Chelsea players growing used to Conte’s 3-4-3
He’s slowly introduced this formation over the past couple of weeks and the good news for Chelsea supporters is that the Blues’ players are now getting used to the 3-4-3.
Conte used the second-half of the 3-0 defeat at Arsenal to experiment with the system and has persisted with it ever since with Cesar Azpilicueta now utilised more centrally than ever before.
Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso are now solid first team options on Conte’s team-sheet at wing back and while these players would’ve seemed unfancied or back-up options at the start of the season, they’re vital components of this new system.
