Starting only three of Liverpool’s seven Premier League fixtures so far this season, Klopp has decided not to capitalise on the former Chelsea man being fit with Sturridge having missed so many games at Anfield due to continuous injury troubles.
Only registering in the Reds’ EFL Cup triumph over Burton Albion so far, all is not rosy in Sturridge’s world right now and it remains to be seen whether he’ll view his future elsewhere by the time January comes around.
