While Manchester United versus Manchester City was the tie of the fourth round of the EFL Cup, Liverpool versus Tottenham isn’t too shabby either.
With both Jurgen Klopp and Mauricio Pochettino’s sides enjoying a positive start to the new Premier League season, both their fanbases will be hoping for progression here with the League Cup being one of the more straightforward pathways to silverware.
