He was subject of interest from Tottenham in the summer transfer window but Spurs are still chasing Galatasaray winger Bruma having sent scouts to watch him this month, report HITC.

According to Turkish publication Fanatik, Mauricio Pochettino deployed Spurs scouts at the Turkish giants’ Super Lig encounter with Kayserispor back on September 10th to monitor his progress.

Eventually completing a deal to sign Georges-Kévin N’Koudou from Marseille on Deadline Day, it would appear that Tottenham aren’t ready to ditch their interest in Bruma entirely just yet.

In light of Spurs’ interest in the 21-year-old Portuguese winger, Fanatik’s report claims Galatasaray have been pressed into opening contract talks with Bruma to extend his deal at the Turk Telekom Arena until 2020.

Additionally, the Istanbul-based club have also slapped a €25 million price tag on the winger’s head in order to ward off any interest from England with Arsenal, Chelsea and West Ham United having also been credited with an interest.

Despite being sent away on loan to Real Sociedad last season, it appears that time away has done Bruma the world of good with the attacker returning to Galatasaray to produce one goal and two assists in his opening five games for Jan Olde Riekerink’s side so far this term.
