They are currently sixth in the Premier League table but Liverpool have created enough chances to become the most productive side in Europe so far this season, report Empire of the Kop.

With the @LFCData Twitter account having calculated that Jurgen Klopp’s men have now created 72 chances in the Premier League so far this term, this total is currently the highest in all of Europe.

Even higher than the likes of European heavyweights Barcelona and Bayern Munich at this stage, not to mention Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side, Jurgen Klopp’s men have enjoyed a fantastic start to the season in their own right.

Defeating Derby County 0-3 in the third round of the EFL Cup last night, this result followed on from a 3-4 victory over Arsenal on the opening weekend of the season while the Reds’ won their second game in London, defeating Chelsea 1-2 last Friday.

Scoring 11 goals in the Premier League so far this season, it appears the Reds’ front four of Sadio Mane, Philippe Coutinho, Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino are producing the goods right now.
