Seven strikers West Ham should sign before the window slams shut

MANOLO GABBIADINI

Napoli's Gabbiadini celebrates a goal against VfL Wolfsburg during their Europa League quarter-final first leg soccer match in Wolfsburg
Manolo Gabbiadini’s return of 13 goals in 44 Serie A appearances for Napoli is nothing to be sniffed at, especially considering he’s played second fiddle to Gonzalo Higuain since joining the Serie A outfit in 2015. Napoli have now invested a substantial sum in Arkadiusz Milik as Higuain’s replacement, suggesting the Italy international will be stuck as supersub again next season unless he moves on. West Ham would be wise to swoop, but only if they can land Gabbiadini for a reasonable fee.
