According to Calcio Mercato, Arsenal are scouting Atalanta starlet Frank Kessie ahead of the summer transfer window; whilst Goal claim Tottenham Hotspur want to appoint Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio.
The 19-year-old defender-come-midfielder – who some have compared in style to Yaya Toure – has impressed on loan at Cesena this season, becoming a near permanence in their starting Xi to bag three goals in 29 Serie B outings.
According to Calcio Mercato, that has seen the four-cap Ivory Coast international linked with a number of clubs from the Premier League, the Bundesliga and Serie A ahead of the summer transfer window – including Arsenal and FC Schalke.

When asked to comment on rumours regarding the aforementioned duo, agent George Atangana exclusively told the Italian publication; “All the best Serie A clubs too, but there are lot of foreign clubs monitoring his progress. The ones you mentioned are included – actually, the English one have scouted him a couple of times already.”
Meanwhile, Goal claim Tottenham Hotspur are are keen to appoint Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio after parting with transfer chief Franco Baldini – responsible for signings like Christian Eriksen, Erik Lamela and Roberto Soldado – at the start of the season.
The 45-year-old’s San Siro contract expires at the end of next season, so Spurs are hoping they can prize him away in time for a summer transfer window in which they’ll be recruiting for Champions League football. But Inter are working on a new deal with Ausilio and he’s reportedly keen to continue his career with the Serie A outfit.
