Eden Hazard

With the summer transfer window looming in, rumours of Eden Hazard staging an abrupt exit from Stamford Bridge seem to be increasing by the day.

Indeed, the Chelsea winger and interim manager Guus Hiddink have both insisted he’s happy in west London but actions speak louder than words and there has certainly been an apathetic element to Hazard’s incredible slump in form, finding just two goals across all competitions since claiming last season’s PFA Player of the Year award.

Likewise, PSG and Real Madrid have been continuously linked with the Belgium international throughout the campaign and he’s hardly done much to dispell the rumours – in fact, quite the opposite in regards to the Ligue 1 championss.

The Blues’ failure to qualify for the Champions League next season could well be the final push the 24-year-old needs to complete a summer transfer abroad, which begs the question of who Chelsea could sign to fill the talismanic winger’s void at Stamford Bridge.¬†With that in mind, here are FIVE exciting replacements Chelsea should target during the summer transfer window.
