According to reports from Mirror Football, Southampton, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham are targeting Augsburg midfielder Dominik Kohr.

The 6-foot enforcer is just 22 years of age but has already established himself as a key member of the Augsburg starting Xi, featuring in all but one of their 21 Bundesliga fixtures so far this season.

He’s expected to start against Liverpool in the Europa League tomorrow evening, giving Saints, Spurs and Hammers fans the chance to run the rule over the former Bayer Leverkusen youngster – who moved to the WWK Arena, initially on loan, in January 2014.

He’s averaged an impressive 2.3 tackles and 2.7 interceptions per match this term and has represented Germany regularly at youth level, picking up 24 caps from his spells with the U18, U19 and U20 age groups.

The Premier League trio are said to be tracking Kohr with the view to a summer transfer, but a number of the Bundesliga’s top clubs are also said to be interested.

Augsburg performed beyond expectations to finish in fifth place last season but are now toiling in the Bundesliga’s bottom five.
