Liverpool are now offering Sinclair to other clubs on deadline day in the hope of securing a superior fee, or will alternatively use him as a makeweight in any last-minute deals.
Meanwhile, Everton look set to sign Oumar Niasse after having a £13.5million bid accepted for the Lokomotiv Moscow striker – per The Daily Mail once again.
The Senegal international has scored four times in as many appearances for his country and bagged 15 goals across all competitions at club level this season, including four strikes in the Europa League to secure the Russian outfit’s escape from Group H.
He arrived on Merseyside to undergo a medical earlier today but the 25-year-old has not been signed in time to feature in Wednesday’s home fixture against Newcastle United.
