According to reports from Calcio Mercato, Lazio chairman Claudio Lotito has told reporters that Manchester United have signed long-term target Felipe Anderson in a €60million transfer.
After bagging ten goals and seven assists in 32 Serie A appearances during the 2014/15 season, the Brazil international was reportedly the subject of a £37.6million Manchester United bid last summer.
The Red Devils were linked with his services once again during the January transfer window, with Anderson even admitting that his future at the Stadio Olympico remained unclear, but a deal failed to materialise.

It appears United may have finally got their man, however, despite the 22-year-old starting just over half of Lazio’s 26 Serie A fixtures this season and playing a part in only eight least goals – a significant downturn in form when compared last season.
According to Calcio Mercato, Lazio chairman Claudio Lotito met journalists from local newspapers La Città di Salerno and Metropolis ahead of a Serie B clash between Salterniata and Crotone earlier today and surprisingly told them; “Felipe Anderson will move to Manchester United next season for €60million.”
He was later heard boasting to colleagues; “I bought Felipe Anderson for €8million, and I’ve already sold him on for €60 million.”
