According to Sky Sports, Celtic are in talks with Manchester City over a loan deal for Patrick Roberts; whilst Calcio Mercato report that Liverpool flop Mario Balotelli could sign for West Ham before the end of the transfer window.

The 18-year-old would become Ronny Deila’s second signing of the transfer window, after Danish defender Erik Sviatchenko.
Meanwhile, Calcio Mercato report that Mario Balotelli could end up plying his trade with West Ham or West Brom by the end of the transfer window.

His loan spell has been disrupted by injury – not registering a single appearance between September and January – and Calcio Mercato claim the San Siro outfit now want to terminate their deal six months ahead of schedule.
They resultantly allege West Ham and West Brom are prepared to take the 25-year-old off Liverpool’s hands, should he return to Anfield before the winter window slams shut. It is not confirmed, however, whether they’d be interested in a temporary or permanent deal.
