According to reports from The Daily Star, Arsenal are leading Chelsea, Liverpool & Manchester United in the race to sign Monaco prodigy Kylian Mbappe.
The 17-year-old has registered five appearances across all competitions since his first-team debut in December and has been dubbed ‘the next Anthony Martial’.

Citing French publication L’Equipe, The Daily Star claim Arsenal scout Giles Grimandi ran the rule over the versatile forward, who can play anywhere across the front-line, during a 3-1 win over Evian in last week’s Coupe de France action. He was selected to start and played 83 minutes.
But the Gunners aren’t alone in their pursuit of the Paris-born teenager, who is also being tracked by Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, PSG and Real Madrid.

Although a move this month seems unlikely, a scramble for Mbappe’s services could ensue in the summer when his Monaco contract expires. His suitors would only have to pay around £200k in compensation because it would count as an international transfer.
