According to reports from The Metro, Manchester United are preparing a £37million swoop for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgium international’s brace against Stoke City last Monday saw him rise to pole position in the Premier League’s scoring charts with 15 goals in 20 appearances – alongside an impressive five assists.

In stark contrast, Louis van Gaal’s Manchester United have desperately struggled for goals this season; they’ve scored the fewest times of any side in the Premier League’s top six, with strike-force Wayne Rooney and Anthony Martial netting just eight times collectively.
Citing Dutch publication De Telegraaf, The Metro claim the Red Devils are resultantly looking to rectify the situation with a £37million bid for the former Chelsea and West Brom striker, whose overall return in the Premier League now stands at 57 goals from 134 appearances – an incredible haul for a 22-year-old.
This is by no means the first time United have been linked with the 6 foot 3 front-man. In fact, reports last month claimed they’d be willing to pay as much as £50million to sign him in January.
hahahahaha he will not be sold for 37 million pounds add at least 20 million more and you might peek Everton’s interest . We paid 28 for him and he’s scored 50 in a 100 games so go figure. We don’t need to sell and Martinez has already said we’re no selling any of our big players !! sheesh report on something tangible instead of dreams
