According to reports from Calcio Mercato, Everton and Liverpool have taken an interest in Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur target Breel Embolo.
The 6 foot 1 striker is just 18 years of age but has already notched up 25 goals in 71 appearances for FC Basel, including ten strikes in 26 Super League outings last season to help fire them to the domestic title.
Having also represented Switzerland at senior level on seven occasions since his debut in March, the Cameroon-born teenager’s rapid rise has not gone unnoticed by the Premier League’s big-boys.

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur were linked with Embolo in November whilst interest from Chelsea and Manchester United was documented not long after – along with Serie A Champions Juventus.
Calcio Mercato put Merseyside rivals Everton and Liverpool in the frame as well. But it appears Embolo’s Premier League suitors will have to get a move on, with the Italian outlet reporting that Wolfsburg have already tabled an £18million bid.
Prior reports have suggested Basel value their strike prodigy slightly higher at £21million.
