According to reports from The Guardian, Chelsea have joined Liverpool and Manchester United in the race to sign Danish prodigy Emre Mor.

The 18-year-old is emerging as one of the most promising prospects in European football, following a string of impressive displays for FC Nordsjaelland’s Under 19s squad.

The teenage forward, who also represents Denmark at U19 level, has already caught the attention of Liverpool and Manchester United; Mor was a recurring fixture on Jurgen Klopp’s radar during his Borussia Dortmund tenure, whilst the Red Devils have been tracking his progress for some time.

But according to The Guardian, Premier League champions Chelsea are also keen on the prodigious attacker, who will be available for a cut-price compensation fee in January having signed for Nordsjaelland on a part-time contract during the summer.

Scouts from the Premier League trio have already made contact with Mor’s representatives, FTC, and will be in attendance for Denmark’s U19 European Championship qualifier against Malta on Thursday.
