After failing in their summer pursuits of Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema and PSG’s Edinson Cavani, two of the leading front-men in world football, the limits of Arsenal’s firepower has been one of the biggest talking points at the Emirates this season.

Current strike-force Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott are certainly doing a decent job between them, netting five times combined to produce half of the Gunners’ ten Premier League goals.

But considering Arsenal are the top creators in the Premier League this term, amassing a division-best 115 chances at goal, there’s certainly some weight to the argument that the north London outfit need another goal scorer who will better take advantage of their potent service from midfield.

The British press seem to think so, having linked Arsene Wenger’s side with a plethora of forwards since the close of the summer window.

With that in mind, we’ve listed the FIVE front-men Arsenal are reportedly considering bids for in the new year.
