According to reports from The Express this morning, West Bromwich Albion have approached Anderlecht regarding the availability of highly-rated midfielder Dennis Praet.
The 21 year-old is considered to be one of Belgian football’s most exciting talents, having already registered 101 league appearances for Anderlecht and helped them claim three consecutive domestic titles.
Following 43 caps at youth level, Praet made his senior international debut last November, which has only further heightened interest in the 5 foot 9 attacking midfielder.

Indeed, his long-term admirers include Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United. But according to The Express, it’s Tony Pulis’ West Brom who have made the first move to sign him this summer.
Citing talkSPORT, they claim the Baggies have attempted to open negotiations with the Belgian outfit, having scouted Praet considerably towards the end of last season.
Referring to Belgian news outlet Het Laatste Nieuws, they also claim Anderlecht would be prepared to cash in on the youngster – if their £11million valuation is met.
