According to reports from The Telegraph this morning, Arsenal have revived their interest in Sevilla midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak.
The Poland international was in superlative form during his debut season at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, averaging 3.3 tackles, 3 interceptions and 3.4 successful aerial duels per match in La Liga whilst helping Sevilla claim a second consecutive Europa League title.

Arsenal were linked with the defensive midfielder earlier this summer and according to The Telegraph sent a delegation to watch him in action against Barcelona in last night’s UEFA Super Cup final – a 5-4 thriller decided by a Pedro strike in extra time.
Sevilla are reluctant to sell, having signed the 25 year-old from Reims only last summer, but his contract includes a £22million release clause.
He’s not the only La Liga star on Arsenal’s radar, however. The Gunners are also targeting Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema, who was mooted as Manchester United’s preferred replacement for Robin van Persie back in June.
