Angelo Ogbonna (Juventus)

According to reports from Calcio Mercato summarised by Here Is The City, Juventus are prepared to sell centre-back Angelo Ogbonna this summer – who has been strongly linked with a Premier League move in the past.

The report follows Massimo Allegri’s decision to leave the 26 year-old out of Juve’s squad to face Monaco in the Champions League this week, instead opting for a half-fit Andrea Barzagli to take his place on the bench.

Having also managed just 14 starts out of a possible 30 in Serie A this term, the Turin outfit look set to part with the ten-cap Italy international at the end of the season.

It will be pleasing news for Premier League trio Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham, who were all considering bids for Ogbonna last summer – according to The Express – after he missed out on Italy’s World Cup squad.

PSG star Marquinhos played down talk of a summer move to United earlier this week, as reported by Manchester Evening News, and the Red Devils could now pursue the Juve misfit as a potential alternative.

Meanwhile, the Old Trafford outfit are considering a £37million bid for Roma’s Miralem Pjanic, as reported by us at This Is Futbol.
