In the pick of the weekend’s Premier League action, Arsenal play hosts to Liverpool at the Emirates for Saturday afternoon’s lunchtime kick-off.
The Gunners find themselves amid a real purple patch, winning 14 of their last 19 in the Premier League, whilst Liverpool enter today’s affair on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Manchester United at Anfield – their first league loss since the reverse fixture all the way back in December.
It’s a match that could go on to define the fates of both club’s this season. Arsenal are currently third and just six points shy of league leaders Chelsea, whereas Liverpool have a five-point gap to close between themselves and fourth-place Manchester United with just eight games remaining.
So who enters the Emirates clash as the favourites? Perhaps the starting line-ups, just confirmed on Twitter, can shed some light on the issue:

Perhaps the biggest talking point pre-kick off is Raheem Sterling. As This Is Futbol informed you earlier this week, the Liverpool star could force a move away from Anfield this summer, with none other than Arsenal mooted as potential sutiors.
