It is highly likely that, if not this season, success within the sky blue of a City shirt is on the horizon. However in a Spanish shirt it is a different story.

David Silva, still at the age of just 25, has the best years ahead of him, allowing him to terrorise the premier league for many years to come.
The likelihood of Real Madrid to come calling on Manchester City’s door in the coming months is highly likely; however the chance of him leaving is far less. The blue side of Manchester seem to have brought out the best in David Silva, who has now become one of the top 10 players in the world. The best part for City fans is that Silva appears to appreciate what has been done for him, and in the form he is at the moment; he wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in the world.

You obviously didn’t see Spain’s last match. David Silva played the Lionel Messi role with the rest of the Barcelona forwards/midfield. He was the best player, scoring two goals and making an assist for David Villa. Of the players I’ve watched this year only Messi rates above him.
