What do we think?
Havertz has certainly impressed for Leverkusen so far this season, scoring eight goals and providing five assists in the Bundesliga, while averaging an impressive WhoScored match rating of 7.33.
In addition to this, the 20-year-old has scored a further three goals and has provided two assists in just three Europa League fixtures, averaging an even more impressive match rating of 8.08.
However, it would appear from their comments that the majority of City fans would rather see their club make a move for a defender this summer, despite the obvious talent of the £72.9 million-rated Havertz.
