Michy Batshuayi is on his way out of Chelsea without starting a single Premier League match.
According to a report in The Mirror Antonio Conte has already decided to ditch the Belgian internationalist as he looks to refresh his striking options.
Batshuayi was a £33m summer signing from Marseilles but has failed to challenge Diego Costa or even provide a decent back up to the Spanish striker.
The 23-year-old has had to contend himself with 16 appearances as a substitute which has produced just one goal.
Conte has been credited with an interest in a number of strikers as he looks to next season with or without Costa.
Mousa Dembele and Romelu Lukaku are among the strikers who have been watched with Torino hitman Andrea Belotti also believed to be a transfer target for the Chelsea boss.
West Ham were interested in Batshuayi last summer but are unlikely to offer more than £25m for the former Marseille striker.
