Tottenham will make another attempt to sign Wilfried Zaha in the summer.

According to a report in The Express the winger will be targeted for the third season running with Spurs ready to cash in if the South London side are relegated from the Premier League.

Last summer Palace chairman Steve Parish described Spurs’ £12m bid for Zaha as ridiculous but if Palace fail to escape the drop Parish will find himself managing a fire sale.

Christian Benteke and Yohan Cabaye will prove difficult to move on with their lucrative contracts in place but there will be others interested in Zaha who earns a third of what the top earners pick up at Palace.

Mauricio Pochettino is a big fan of the former Manchester United winger and would love to add a youthful pacey attacker to his squad.

Zaha is happy to help Palace fight their way away from relegation but after his Old Trafford experience he feels that he deserves a chance at prove himself at another big club.
