AC Milan are preparing a summer bid for Moussa Sissoko.
According to a report in The Mirror the Italian side are prepared to put in a bid for the midfielder who has failed to make any impact since moving to Spurs during the summer transfer window.
Sissoko impressed for France during Euro 16 but has failed to recapture that form since moving to White Hart Lane.
AC Milan haven’t been put off by the 27-year-old’s form and feel that his style of play would be better suited to Serie A than the more physical English game.
Spurs would have to take a hit on the transfer fee that they paid to Newcastle but are likely to cut their losses rather than haggle.
Everton were also keen on the Frenchman during the summer but it’s unlikely that Ronald Koeman will revive his interest with Spurs preferring to sell the £30m man to a non-English side.
