Having started against Feyenoord in the Europa League and Northampton Town in the EFL Cup, this wasn’t the picture Schneiderlin was expecting when signing under Louis van Gaal’s reign in 2015.
ClubCall’s report claims that a January transfer away from Old Trafford is unlikely with the former Southampton man willing to bide his time to see if his chances improve before the end of the 2016/17 campaign.
Having also missed the Red Devils’ FA Cup victory over Crystal Palace last season, it hasn’t been a productive year for Schneiderlin who understandably missed out on a place in Didier Deschamps’ France squad during the recent international break.
