He’s only just getting started as far as his Manchester United career goes but after his Old Trafford spell is over, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is wanted in the Indian Super League, report Fox Sports Australia.

As reported by the publication, former team-mate of Ibrahimovic and Delhi Dynamos boss Gianluca Zambrotta has made his intentions of signing the Swedish superstar clear.

The former Italian international told Indian Express: “Given his fan following in India, I think Zlatan would want to come and end his career here.

“On my end, I will definitely try and convince him to play for Delhi Dynamos.”

Currently 35-years-old, Ibrahimovic is on a one-year contract at Old Trafford right now which could be extended based on performances but the Indian Super League is a division well trodden by veteran stars in the past.

With Alessandro Del Piero, Marco Materazzi, David Trezeguet and Robert Pires having played their football in the Asian nation at the end of their careers, a player as famous as Ibrahimovic shouldn’t be short of offers once his United career is over.
