He is yet to represent Arsenal’s first team since signing in 2014 but nevertheless, Paris Saint-Germain are keen on sign Gunners defender Kristopher Da Graca, report The Sun.

The 6 ft 3 in Swedish centre back knows his contract is up at Emirates Stadium at the end of the season and with Arsenal’s first team blessed with several defensive options right now, a transfer could appeal.

Still just 18-years-old, Da Graca featured for Steve Gatting’s Arsenal Under-21 ranks during pre-season and has impressed following an error-prone start to his Gunners youth career.

Having seen Arsenal’s third round EFL Cup tie with Nottingham Forest come and go, Da Graca is still yet to make Arsene Wenger’s matchday squad in any competition and faces a huge fight if he eventually pens new terms in North London.

With Shkodran Mustafi having arrived in the summer, the likes of Rob Holding and Gabriel Paulista are waiting in reserve while Calum Chambers may still have a future following his Middlesbrough loan spell.

Despite needing far more time to grow at this stage, his route towards first team football may prove simpler at Unai Emery’s Paris Saint-Germain who let David Luis return to Chelsea on Deadline Day of course.
