He’s been the subject of intense transfer speculation from Barcelona lately but Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin won’t be leaving Emirates Stadium for less than £30 million, report ClubCall.

According to today’s report, Arsenal are believed to have told Barcelona that it will cost the La Liga giants £38.6 million if they wish to sign their former youth academy product.

Bellerin, who has started all of Arsenal’s Premier League fixtures this term, is Arsene Wenger’s undisputed first choice right back in North London and was named in the PFA Team of the Year for 2015/16.

Enjoying a meteoric rise since succeeding Mathieu Debuchy after a Champions League debut against Borussia Dortmund in September 2014, Bellerin has quickly become one of the highest-rated full back’s around.

With Barca vice president Jordi Mestre having confirmed that the Camp Nou outfit are keen on pursuing a deal, it appears Arsenal are holding out for a fee around the £40 million mark.

Barcelona have signed a number of Arsenal players down the years, namely Thierry Henry, Alex Song, Aliaksandr Hleb and Thomas Vermaelen and keeping Bellerin from their clutches will prove a tough ask given the Spanish clubs’ standing in the game.

Nevertheless, Bellerin is reported to be happy at Emirates Stadium with no formal bid having been made for the Spanish international as yet.
