Leicester City have endured a rather disappointing start to this season.
Scoring just one goal in their opening two games and picking up a single point, it’s not been the continuation of the 2015/16 fairy tale that some might have hoped for.
The lucky thing, I suppose, if Leicester aren’t going to win the league, is we won’t be seeing any more of Gary Lineker in his pants.
Both Hull and Arsenal found ways to stop Leicester’s previously formidable attack. They did not do it in identical fashion, but they did have similar success. Arsenal may have failed to score, but they still went to the King Power Stadium and avoided being blown away by the wave of, now subsided, momentum that carried them to the most shocking English league title in living memory.
Visiting the champions will always be one of the great challenges for any club in a Premier League season and this year will be no different; even if Leicester are not the force they were last year.
