According to reports from The Telegraph, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham have turned down the chance to sign Chelsea forward Alexandre Pato during the summer transfer window.
The Brazil international netted upon his Blues debut, albeit from the penalty spot, against Aston Villa last weekend and agent Kia Joorabchian was hoping that goal could convince a London rival to sign Pato at the end of the season.

He moved to Stamford Bridge on loan from Corinthians during the January transfer window but is unlikely to be offered a permanent deal, with Chelsea welcoming a new manager in Antonio Conte who will be expected to target his own choice of backup to Diego Costa.
The 26-year-old doesn’t want to return to his parent club in the summer, where his contract doesn’t expire until January 2017, and his agent was hoping to open negotiations over a move that would not only keep Pato in the Premier League but also London.
According to The Telegraph, however, West Ham have rejected the chance to sign the 5 foot 11 forward, whilst Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is described as quite simply ‘not interested’.
