Christian Pulisic

According to reports from The Daily Mail, Manchester City and Real Madrid have joined Liverpool in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund wonderkid Christian Pulisic during of the summer transfer window.

The prodigious midfielder is just 17 years of age but has already amassed some impressive individual records. He’s the youngest ever non-german player to score in the Bundesliga and the youngest ever player to score twice.

And Pulisic’s impressive rise since his league debut in February, going on to earn a maiden cap for the USA national team, has generated transfer interest from some of Dortmund’s biggest European rivals.

Liverpool are particularly keen on the 5 foot 8 starlet, but the latest reports from The Daily Mail also put Manchester City and Real Madrid in the frame to swoop for him during the coming transfer window.

However, Dortmund will be determined to hang onto Pulisic, one of their most exciting academy products for many years – especially considering his contract doesn’t expire until 2018.
