Oscar

According to The Times, Chelsea will place Oscar on the transfer list during the summer; whilst The Sun report that Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham are targeting Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson.

Roman Abramovich is keen to fund Antonio Conte’s summer recruitment by cashing in on some of Chelsea’s underperforming players and Oscar seemingly falls into that category. The Brazil international has shown great potential but struggled to forge a permanent role in Chelsea’s starting Xi since signing from Internacional in 2012.

According to The Times, the Blues will make the 24-year-old ‘available for transfer’ at the end of the season with Conte looking to bring in an alternative creative midfielder, but Eden Hazard, Willian and Cesc Fabregas will all be kept on at Stamford Bridge for at least another season.

Meanwhile, The Sun claim Tottenham and West Ham look set to battle it out for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson during the summer transfer window. The 24-year-old fired the Cherries to the top flight last season with 20 Championship strikes and started the current campaign strongly, netting five times in his first seven Premier League outings.

He returned to action with a substitute berth against Aston Villa last weekend and that has revived rumours of Tottenham and West Ham targeting the Coventry-born striker. Spurs are searching for an understudy to Harry Kane, whilst signing a new centre-forward is one of the Hammers’ priorities for the coming transfer window.
