According to reports from The Daily Star, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur have joined Arsenal in the race to sign Roma prodigy Umar Sadiq during the summer transfer window.
The 19-year-old boasts two goals in six Serie A appearances for Giallorossi, alongside 19 goals in 18 outings for their youth squads this season, and has been compared in style to Gunners great Kanu due to his lofty 6 foot 6 frame.

Arsenal were first linked with the towering striker last month after agent Mohammed Lawal revealed the north London club had made contact with Roma regarding a potential transfer.
But the latest reports from The Daily Star, citing Gazzetta Dello Sport, claim Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are eager to swoop for Sadiq as well – alongside Ligue 1 outfit Lyon.
The Nigerian assassin is currently on loan at the Stadio Olimpico from Spezia, but Roma are expected to sign Sadiq permanently during the summer transfer window and likely sell him on at a considerable markup.
