Theo Walcott - £15million

According to Sky Sports, Arsene Wenger has admitted Theo Walcott’s future at Arsenal is uncertain; whilst Mirror Football claim Manchester United are preparing to sell £25million signing Memphis Depay.

The England international has seriously struggled for form this season, netting just five goals in 23 Premier League appearances, and recently slumped behind youngster Alex Iwobi in the pecking order.

Since the turn of 2016, it has been suggested the winger-forward could be sold to Liverpool or West Ham during the summer transfer window and manager Arsene Wenger has now admitted Walcott’s future at the Emirates Stadium remains uncertain.

As quoted by Sky Sports News, the Gunners gaffer replied when asked if the 27-year-old could leave this summer; “I don’t know yet. I’m not in transfer mode at the moment, but I think he has gone through a bad spell.

“He has responded very well, because he said: ‘Okay, I will work harder and more.’ Even when he comes on now, you see he is motivated and focused. Let’s see how well he finishes the season now.”

Meanwhile, Mirror Football claim Manchester United are preparing to sell Memphis Depay, just twelve months after signing the Netherlands international in a £25million transfer from PSV.

The explosive winger fired the Dutch outfit to the Eredivisie title last season with 22 league goals but has failed to transition that potency to the Premier League, netting just twice in 23 top flight outings.

Also concerned with his ‘flashy’ lifestyle, the Red Devils are now looking to cut their losses on the 22-year-old according to Mirror Football – and have even opened preliminary discussions with foreign clubs regarding a potential departure.
