According to reports from Mirror Football, West Bromwich Albion have joined Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur in the battle to sign Anderlecht sensation Youri Tielemans during the summer transfer window.
The Belgium U21 is widely viewed as the most promising talent in the Jupiler League, having claimed the division’s Young Player of the Year award twice and lifted the title since making his first-team debut as a 16-year-old.

Tottenham are believed to be in talks with Anderlecht regarding a potential summer transfer to White Hart Lane, whilst Chelsea, Liverpool, Juventus and Atletico Madrid have also expressed an interest in signing the prodigious midfielder.
But according to Mirror Football, the aforementioned clubs now face competition for the 18-year-old’s signature from Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion, who are the latest club to be linked with Tielemans.
Consequentially, the British newspaper claim Tottenham have now ‘stepped up their interest’ in the Belgium U21 as an increasing number of clubs continue to be linked with potential summer transfer bids.
