According to reports from The Daily Star, Tottenham Hotspur are in talks with Anderlecht over a potential summer transfer for midfield sensation Youri Tielemans.
The Belgium U21 is widely viewed as the most promising talent in the Jupiler League, having claimed the division’s Young Player of the Year award twice and lifted the title since making his first-team debut as a 16-year-old.

Plenty have expressed an interest in the 18-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window including Chelsea, Juventus and Liverpool, who The Daily Star claim have been scouting him this season.
But according to the British tabloid, Tottenham Hotspur are already in talks with Anderlecht regarding a summer transfer as the two clubs continue to haggle over valuations. The Belgian outfit rate Tielemans at around £24million, but Spurs are hopeful of paying £15million plus £5million in add-ons.
However, the Lilywhites are joined at the front of the queue for the 5 foot 10 midfielder’s signature by La Liga giants Atletico Madrid, who are reportedly willing to outbid the north Londoners. But Mauricio Pochettino’s side ‘remain confident a deal can be done’.
